Watching the womens 500m. Good stuff, lots of spills and all over in 45 seconds. Olympic record has been broken at least 4 times, twice by GB skater Elise Christie. Could be our first medal of the games. Koreans are good at this so great atmosphere in the stadium.

Poor girl was in tears. Last Olympics she was penalised in all three of her events. She is a multiple world champion and world record holder in the 500m. You'd have to have a heart of stone not to feel for her.
Oh well, I hope she has better luck in the 1500m.

Her hand was bumped and she fell. Not really anyone's fault, there were 5 in the final instead of 4 because of a disqualification in the semi which made it hard to overtake.
No foul play I just felt for her. She has never won an Olympic medal despite being at the top of her sport.
