It's weird having reviews so readily available online.

As a psychiatrist in a general hospital I see people at their worst.

Hospitals, in case you've ever been in one, are awful places to get stuck.

As a psychiatrist I am expected to fix everything in very few visits.

The chances of leaving people less than satisfied are very, very high.

I've had a few very unhappy reviews, needless to say.

On one occasion I had a woman and her mother leave me absolutely horrific reviews after helping their teenage daughter return home after 6 months of homelessness. They believed she had bipolar disorder which I didn't believe she had. Their daughter also provoked an attack from a copatient which the nurses were on top of, but not quickly enough, for this family. Those reviews then showed up at the very top of any google search for my name.

Needless to say I sought this family out and assaulted them.... No... I didn't do that.
But it was the only time I contacted the review website and shared my version of events...
They graciously took down the reviews which were written in the harshest of terms.... much of it in ALLCAPS.

The following month, a delivery man beat a woman bloody on the street in Hainan, worried that she would write a bad review about him after he failed to deliver her food on time

Must be a Chinese thing.

“When providing bad service, the best way to avoid a negative review is to include a complimentary beating.”

Yikes.

Pro tip - when providing bad reviews, don't publish your address.

And personally, I like this one from McDonald's in the US:

My girlfriend were having a romantic meal, however it was spoilt when an employee spat in my hair. CHEEKY OR WHAT?
Honestly, if your ideal venue for a romantic meal is Macky Dee then you probably shouldn't be criticising others...
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

I guess I don't know what cheeky means after all.

Yeah, I always equated cheeky with “sassy” or “irreverent”, but if it applies to strangers spitting in your hair I’ve apparently missed the mark.
