Nah he's a loose cannon obviously I just imagine that he, and his staff that very likely screen his tweets (http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/trump ... le/2624295), are confident that North Korea isn't a threat. People are acting like he's just some dude tweeting out controversial shit on a whim, as if he doesn't have access to the most advanced military forces of all time who are probably telling him there is no threat from the North Koreans.

If DPRK was even 1% as threatening as the 2017 Cleveland Browns would be to the 85 Bears, this kind of stuff would not get published on the Twitter.

This tweet does nothing to reveal anything about Trump's "stability;" it reveals that the entirety of the state's intelligence efforts currently view DPRK's strategic threat as housefly level.

Trump is simply a useful twitter agent for our bloodthirsty neocon bosses.
