If he waits 30 minutes after eating before going in the pool, he will be fine. Also drinking 8 glasses of water per day will do wonders for his knee. Good point. Knee injuries are pretty minor tbh. It really doesnt have much effect on day to day living and movement. Im beginning to think this “knee injury” is just a ploy to get out of working and garner sympathy on the internet.
