In many ways, yes the Corporate America is starting to become where it's bad to be white and male. If you are female and of color, you have the right to snitch on your white (especially male) counterparts if they are doing something you don't like or "think" is inappropriate.
Not doing something inappropriate, think... and that is a very dangerous slippery slope to stand upon.

I'm pretty smart. We take three self-paced trainings a year. Basically, we have to read a power point presentation on three different topics. White people suck isn't one of the topics. When we did have diversity training, years ago, getting rid of white people wasn't on the agenda. The trainings were centered around understanding people from other cultures, since we all have to work together. Truthfully, though, it's pretty interesting getting to interact with fellow employees on six different continents.

That's awesome you have that. I have only encountered stupidity when dealing with large organizations.
