There are only so many different levers to pull. So far, one lever not pulled re: NoK is a madman in the White House. We will see how this works out. Seems the only other option is encouraging Japan and SoK to develop nukes themselves which Trump already hinted at to show the lengths he is willing to go to solve the problem.
I still am not sure why we are so concerned with NoK?? Anyone got a pill for that?
