My guess is the Dem network actually is responsible for these ads to be run but figure the trail untraceable so the blame Putin.

How did we go from acknowledging that this Russia thing was probably an overblown left wing panic, to deciding that everything that happens in the world and online is actually a liberal conspiracy? Conspiracy theories give way too much credit to any given institution. They are reductive, and do not acknowledge the complexity of life, and the huge role that contingency plays in every part of our lives. Once you go down that rabbit hole, there is nothing that will convince you that you are wrong. Conspiracy theorists make Wahhabists seem like doubters and healthy skeptics. Jesus Christ, we are getting to be as stupid as the Hillary people who think that Putin and 4chan hacked the election. For every conspiracy theory, there is another one arguing the opposite with at least as much evidence.
