I think this is typical Trump. He just sends both "yes" and "no" messages and then looks at what the response is.

After looking at the response, he then decides what to do. Or doesn't.

Yet from this whole episode one can notice that there's no Bannon next to Trump at the White House now.

If you want to see confusion go check out /ptg/ on /pol/. It's mass hysteria right now. Personally with Trump I usually wait until Jazzhands McFeels breaks it down for me at the end of the week. He's not going to be very happy this week I think.
