San Diego has a Hepatitis A problem:

15 dead, 400 infected so far. They're now washing down the streets with bleach to try and control the outbreak.

My initial thoughts on how this became possible was a combination of cities like SD coddling drug users instead of trying to get them off drugs, and the insane cost of living there. People can become homeless quickly due to either. Combine those two in the same area and you have lots of drug users living on the streets getting and spreading Hep A around.

Support removal of DACA, remove Hepatitis from the streets.
