Re: Food and drink
I’m not sure how those nitwits managed to get hold of a blue tongue lizard but I hope he bites one of them. Those fuckers have jaws like a vice.
They are actually handy critters to have around. Where I grew up you’d kill at least a couple of tiger and brown snakes a year (both very deadly) but whenever blue tongues were around the snakes weren’t. Not sure how it works... if they eat the eggs or the babies, or if they compete for the same food, something else, but finding blue tongues in the garden was always a good thing.

Do you have any wildlife in Australia that can't kill or seriously harm you?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Almost certainly venemous. I mean, even those cute bears with clemidia hang around in trees all day waiting for a chance to drop into some unsuspecting tourist and savage them to death.Manwithnoname wrote: ↑Mon Apr 13, 2020 3:01 amI saw a snail once but I think it had fangsMontegriffo wrote: ↑Mon Apr 13, 2020 2:28 amDo you have any wildlife in Australia that can't kill or seriously harm you?
New Zealand sounds so much nicer.

Eggs Benedict with maple sausage For breakfast.
Dinner was Beef Wellington with roasted vegetable spears and from scratch carrot soup.
My only complaint was the kid at the deli didn't know how to cut prosciutto, so it's not as tight as it normally should have been.
