Progression to do the air baby isometric.
This is the static air baby (isometric hold):
Start with the frog stand and work on extending a leg and straitening your back.
The rest of the progression is here, but it's depicted backwards with the final result regressing backwards. Last step is where you start after you master the air baby extension.

I gained about 1.1 lbs of muscle and about 0.9 lbs of fat in the past month with the Body by Rings program. I am not a noob, so noob gains have been long over. Also ate like shit probably half of those days.
Not a huge fan of near parity between muscle and fat gain, but I think I can shore that up by eating cleaner.

I must have a lot of Scot blood like my mother claims. I have always been genetically blessed with strong lower body strength. My question is, how do I do squats? I need the test boost tbh

Fucked up my neck and upper back a bit with this. I guess I still have some issues in those areas.
