It was a pretty good finale. I am wondering how they are going to tie up this entire timeline and the post BB timeline, in one season. My guess is that the penultimate episode will wrap up better call saul, and the final episode of the series will wrap up the post BB Cinnabon timeline.StCapps wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 5:53 pmYou didn't spoil anything, I never assumed Lalo was out of the picture, just in Mexico, it's not like they've never shown any scene's in Mexico beforeheydaralon wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 5:51 pmI should have put Spoiler alert. I didn't spoil anything you weren't anticipating, but my bad. Lmk what you think.

A lot of moose now. The spring is late and there is more ice this year so they are cautious. Some have managed to cross but most of them are waiting.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Sat Apr 11, 2020 2:42 amWorks for me, has an English option for the text too.Hastur wrote: ↑Sat Apr 11, 2020 1:11 amIf you like slow TV, Swedish public broadcasting just started their coverage of the yearly moose migration. They put a lot of cameras at a bottleneck location and are broadcasting 24/7 until April 11.
Does it work abroad?

Can't see any moose though, just trees and snow right now.

The Last Dance, documentary covering Michael Jordan’s career.
Fucking Reinsdorff - ‘We had to break up the team because those guys weren’t going to be worth the money they could get on the open market’.
Dumbass, that’s EXACTLY what they’re worth.

Home Game - regional sports that nobody knows about.
First episode is about an annual no-rules rugby match in Florence Italy. This might be the only sport better than football. Americans could innovate the shit out of this.

Reinsdorf was right, all those guys fell off after the last dance, they weren't worth the money they would have been paid on the contracts they would have signed with the BullsSuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Sat Jul 25, 2020 9:56 amThe Last Dance, documentary covering Michael Jordan’s career.

they used to be worth what they would have made, but the Bulls weren't paying for the past, they were paying for the future
if they did just run it back again, it wouldn't have worked, it would just have been false hope that delayed the inevitable break up of the dynasty and made it harder to get value for the assets they did have, with an extra year of depreciation on all of them and them being that much more expensive
the whole documentary was slanted towards Jordan's perspective of events, and he wouldn't have agreed to do it if they didn't spin it towards the narrative he preferred, so Reinsdorf was portrayed as the villain that Jordan saw him as
fantastic documentary, but Jerry Reinsdorf is unfairly maligned by nostalgic armchair GMs
