Somehow - I think Jedi would be onboard...pun intended...

He wouldn't have to struggle through another night stocking the bread isle.
How much for a gallon of milk in that camp, tho?
Not sure about a whole gallon, but a small cup of milk product might cost you sucking anywhere on the order of five or six dicks.

The title of the thread:
' I don't think the US should enforce borders, so here is a distraction'
I paraphrase ;) :P
Like I said - crazy.
Call me crazy but can't meet basic standards of proof.

You ascribe positions to me that I don't hold, then demand that I defend them, or be labeled insane.

And I'm the crazy one.
So is it fair to say you're not open borders? and if that is the case...why no wall?

In possible solutions you think a huge project of building an actual (now steel) wall will be the best solution of stopping people from crossing our border? That we shouldn't instead be investing in stuff like drones, sensors, technology more border control agents to detain and deport illegal immigrants, or rethink the people who overstay their visas?

This will be a giant boondoggle, give the government 5-10 billion dollars to build any construction whatsoever and it's going to go over-time over budget and we're probably not going to what we paid for in the first place.

My immigration stance is much different than yours (clue, it's not unfettered immigration) but what your proposing? It's a chance to give the government carte blanche for a huge waste of money.

1,954 miles of Southern Border. You're not only feeding the beast, you're giving it access to all it has ever wanted. This will balloon, and we'll be years down the road with nothing to show for it and you'll be like "how could we have let this happen!?"

Why do you think a wall will fail when it's been successful in Iraq, Israel, and Jorden? What is your immigration policy?

Have you ever worked for the government?

My turn, how much of your steel wall do we get for 5-10 billion? How many miles? Is Trump going to pay for the entire steel wall for 5-10 billion dollars?

Yes - I worked for the government.

5-10 billion won't get much, but its a start...and concrete would be far better. But steel is better than nothing...just like SSAN - the start of a wall is the camel nose under the tent.

And that's why I say no to your wall.

Where has Trump said how much of the wall we get for 5-10 billion?

All I'm hearing is "give me a wall, give me a wall, give me a wall" but as a fiscally conservative person, I want to know how much the whole project is going to cost, how effective it is going to be, how about we do an experiment of how effective a wall is vs how effective other solutions are?

But that's not what any of you I've seen arguing for this are proposing, it's simply "lets spend spend spend"

What do you think is going to happen to this country if we don't get our spending under control?

It will cost less than what illegal immigrants cost us - bet on that.
