An alternative, which I would be in favor of, would be to eliminate any prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment. That way, you can have your tonic of choice, but if you end up being a degenerate, society gets to get creative.StCapps wrote: ↑Fri Apr 10, 2020 8:16 amMaking distribution illegal is not going to help consumers, it's going to hurt them by forcing them to buy from criminals, you are making the problem worse and helping criminal enterprises to better fund the actual violent criminals who work for them, who will turn around and use it commit more violent crimes
The road to hell is paved with good intentions
Puritanical Nanny State for the fail
Prohibition is a miserable failure, and you want to double down

Smitty Crockett just does his own thing,
Mrs Smitty has gone and looked at the lines a couple times,
then decided to just go with what we have stocked :aborts:

Throwing junkies and dealers in jail for committing things that should actually be crimes is fine, throwing them in jail to prop up a totally counter-productive drug prohibition is going to make the problem worse and create other problems even worse than the initial problem on top of thatXenophon wrote: ↑Fri Apr 10, 2020 8:24 amAn alternative, which I would be in favor of, would be to eliminate any prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment. The main thing Mrs Smitty needed was more yeast to make more bread than she was expecting to
She actually found it at Bulk Barn, no line up there like the grocery store, so got it on the DL
