IF every provider chose to cut off service to information that customers wanted to access, a competitor would emerge to take advantage of the neglected customer base.
The exception to this would be if you got your way, and a government regulatory body was created that could block competitors from entering the market.
The Internet backbone is private property and controlled by only a few corporations, and they are all down with the globalist agenda.
It would be like assuming there would arise a competitor to your utility if we deregulated them and then they decided to cut conservatives off from electricity.

You are not even reading what I post. You have no idea what the actual problem is.

My God, do you not understand that was made possible through regulation?

Oh I know exactly what kind of problem is posed by the group calling for more government control over communications.

Re: The internet takeover thread
https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2007/10/e ... -interfereThis morning the Associated Press reported that Comcast is interfering with users' ability to run file sharing applications over its network.
Since we spoke to Comcast last month and understood them to deny that they are doing this, we've been running our own tests.
The results of our tests have agreed with AP's. Comcast is forging TCP RST packets which cause connections to drop (a technique also used by Internet censorship systems in China). These packets cause software at both ends to believe, mistakenly, that the software on the other side doesn't want to continue communicating.
The TCP RST packet forging seems to be protocol-specific: as AP reported, it at least sometimes happens directly in response to specific BitTorrent protocol events. This contradicts Comcast's statement to us that their network management does not target or discriminate against particular protocols. The timing of the injected packets suggests that something on Comcast's network understands the BitTorrent protocol and treats it differently from other protocols.
That is why we got net neutrality, folks. If they don't want you to use a particular service, or read some particular content, then without net neutrality you fucking will not use that service or read that content. End of story.
This is a fact. This shit happened. This is why we had net neutrality in the first place.
Now given that they would do that back then for smalltime shit, and given that all of these corporations have a raging boner for shutting all non-globalist speech off the entire fucking Internet, what exactly do you think is going to happen?
And it is noted that you have FUCK ALL explanation about what we are supposed to do about it other than net neutrality regulations. You don't even understand how the Internet works, apparently.

I mean.. for fuck sake, man.. these are the same companies that work with governments like China and Iran to crush dissent and even out political dissenters for prosecution. You think they won't do this to you?
Naive as fuck.

If,
Government + ISP = blocked communications
Then,
Government + ISP = solution to blocked communications?
