I mean there's a bottle of poison that was tossed away seemingly randomly (probably could've tossed it in a dumpster or a river or just dug a hole with your hand and buried it and nobody would find it. Two Russian guys who are captured on camera at the airport and in various places, none of which really link them to the victims in any real way. Supposedly traces of said nerve agent found in their hotel, but not in deadly amount (even though supposedly one drop could kill you)...

The hotel is really the only evidence that links the two guys to the nerve agent. If it's true. May be they have something else but everything else seems pretty circumstantial, enough to add to a criminal case but not build one off of.

Not saying it wasn't them, but like everything else these days "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" is tossed out for "trial by media, guilty unless proven innocent, and you don't get that option".

CCTV captured them close to the victims address both on the day of the attack and the previous day.
The nerve agent is only known to be manufactured by Russia.
They can only be tried in a court of law if the Russians give them up which is very unlikely.
There is plenty of evidence to accuse the two men of this crime/act of war.
May was asked to produce evidence pointing at Russia which she did. This is not trial by media, without this evidence being provided she would have been open to accusations of accusing Russia without proof.

Well, here's the question... who's court? UK courts, the same ones that decided a guy who made a video if his dog raising his paw to "heil Hitler" is a crime? A girl who posts rap lyrics in memory of a young kid who died... criminal?

I don't care what "proof" NK had on me, I wouldn't want to be extradited there to face their "justice", would you?

Maybe an international/UN court? Of course then they might have to produce evidence that could "compromise national security"...
