Article VI clause 2 - the Supremacy Clause?
That's your support for federal drug laws?

Read that clause again, and reconsider. We'll withhold your Flounder U. special citation while you check that out again.
The commerce clause is pretty sufficient for most of it.

Fife you got a draft in 15 mins. Get there.

Not mine, Wikipedia's.

But it's the part of the Constitution that states:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

I know you're hungry for a win after the disaster that was your voluntary-contract road utopia farce, but I'm just spit-balling here. Not really invested either way because no matter what folks opine on this forum the DEA will handle your ass if you get crosswise with them.

How's the Wikipedia School of Law and Screen Door Repair at Flounder University working out for you? I hope you got a good rate on your student loans.

It's going well.
Well enough to hold up against the real life lawyers we have here at least, since they can't seem to articulate a cogent point even with the limitless space available.

Supremacy Clause - Declares federal law the supreme law of the land
Harrison Narcotics Tax Act - passed by 63rd United States Congress in 1915
Marihuana Tax Act of 1937 - passed by 75th United States Congress in (wait for it) 1937
Controlled Substance Act - passed by the 91st United States Congress in 1971

Here we are.

Y'all can go Wesley Snipes on it if you want ("We don't actually have to pay taxes because it's unconstitutional according to my friend online") but you know where that road leads.
Jail.

Whether it's Constitutional in your opinion or not, the War on Drugs is an American reality. No one has been let out of jail after a felony drug conviction on account of "I don't think that shit is Constitutional, yo".

Where in the Constitution does it say these federal drug laws are okay?
The same part that allowed Tricky Dick to default on America’s debt, and move to pretend Monopoly money.
Aw no, that is clearly there in Art 1 sec 8

Think about how far gone the left has to be to decide "we shouldn't have free speech in America because of Alex Jones".
