How do you fix a system that is going to pay $1500 a month per child with no limit on the number of children the government will pay for?
How about this for a start:
First two are covered, but taxed.
Any after that, you get no more extra money.
Welfare would be redone.
Once the children on food, instead of milk, the parent will be given a voucher to put their children in an approved daycare. (Up to 2)
During this time the parent must either go back to school, or enroll in a training system to get a job.
During this time the state will cover traditional education expenses (state schools) up to graduation.
After that the state will help the parent get a job, and will help the parent keep the job.
The state will reduce their monthly support by the amount the parent makes gross.
Every month the parent will be checked upon, and helped as needed till they are on their feet completely.
