Well Farage should be viewed more positively than merely neutral to those who oppose the EU, he shouldn't be a non-issue, y'all should actively be applauding him, not trying to distance yourself from him because the left wing opposition is insecure about people not realizing that opposition to EU doesn't only come from the right. You need to stop being afraid that if you give Farage any praise that the media will attempt to lump you all in as fringe right wingers, stop being such pussies.[/quote]

He should be viewed positive for the things that are positive, and where there's common ground.

Hell, I like a LOT of what he says about the democratic deficiencies in Brussels. These things all opponents of the EU have in common.

But I don't subscribe to the whole "The market should be even freer, and we should open up to the entire world, like we've opened up to the EU". This is where he loses me.

Well you don't have to open up to everyone, but opening up to other European nations with a similar standard of living, does seem like a no-brainer for all Scandinavian nations as long as your trading partners follow suit.

I'm in favor of free travel over the borders of fennoscandinavia. And it should be easier for us to work in each other's countries than other Europeans. Trade is more complicated. I really don't want danish food on my table, they're not up to our level in food safety, even though they're much cheaper. And I don't want Swedish prices on beer and tobacco, because then we'd all die before we reached 40.

But still. Norwegian laws and regulations has to be dictated by the Norwegian population, not by Swedes or Danes.

And if there's a crisis in the job market, we should be able to prioritize our own population, as should the Swedes and the Danes.

The state exists for its people, not for its markets. In most cases, what benefits the market, benefits the people, but whenever that's not the case, the people should have priority.

Jesus.. I'm starting to agree that the EU should be dead. How did this get so fucking stupid??

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neapolitan_pizza
Neapolitan pizza (Italian: pizza napoletana) is made with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. It must be made with San Marzano tomatoes, which grow on the volcanic plains to the south of Mount Vesuvius, and mozzarella Campana, the DOP (PDO in English) version can be made with buffalo mozzarella cheese, 'Mozzarella di Bufala Campana' made with the milk from water buffalo raised in the marshlands of Campania and Lazio in a semi-wild state (this mozzarella is protected with its own European protected designation of origin).[1]
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

What is with these fucking car attacks in Europe? They don't allow gun ownership in most of the countries, dangerous chemicals are monitored, but how do you deal with some asshole using a car as a weapon?

Why hasn't anyone blamed Grand Theft Auto for inspiring these terrorist car attacks yet? The free speech haters are missing an angle they can use to attempt to ban certain video games and follow Australia's suit.

Well, obviously, cars need to be tighter regulated. Not everyone should have the right to own cars.

Then the terrorist simply set night clubs on fire. So we need lighter and matches control. The average person don't need to make fires anymore, we're not living in 10 000 bc.

So, the terrorists use steel wool and smoke alarm batteries to make fires. Obviously, steel wool should only be available to certified renovation professionals, and batteries should also only be lawfully purchased and owned by electricians.

Then they just burn it down by carrying embers in a box, and creating fire with stone age technology.

Obviously, we need to ban every depiction of fire from our popular culture, so the concept of fire gradually disappears from the public's minds. Time to send Prometheus back, and close Pandora's box for good.

Ooor, maybe just accept that people that want to kill a lot of people will find a way to do so, and move on to real issues.

Not sure why you are blaming the EU for this. According to your link this is coming from an organisation called the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana. Regional foods and drinks all over the world try to protect their status as the original and most authentic and therefore the best. It's just marketing and quality assurance not bureaucratic interference.
