Walter Bowman Russell (1871–1963) was an American painter, sculptor, natural philosopher, musician, author and builder. He was a leader in the Science of Man Movement when he was elected president of the Society of Arts and Sciences. He developed "The Russell Cosmogony" natural philosophy concept of the universe, explaining the relationships between matter and energy, and between electricity and magnetism. ASPECT POINTS Science
