Epifanio de los Santos y Cristóbal, also Don Panyong (1871-1928) was a Filipino historian, literary critic, art critic, jurist, prosecutor, antiquarian, archivist, scholar, painter, poet, musician, musicologist, philosopher, philologist, bibliographer, translator, journalist, editor, publisher, paleographer, ethnographer, biographer, researcher, and civil servant. He was Director of the Philippine Library and Museum. He was awarded a professorship in music. He finished his law studies the bar exams. He collected plants and flowers.
