Some recent news from Denmark that aren't immigration related, then:

Dirty, filthy hippies with a disneyfied view of nature wants to sic EU on us for letting the Faroe Islanders carry on with their traditional, annual pilot whale hunt (which is forbidden in the EU, but while Faroe Islands is part of Denmark which is in the EU, FI has home rule and chose to not join the EU, meaning parts of the Danish kingdom is in EU, but Greenland and Faroe Islands isn't):

Environmental campaigners on Wednesday urged the EU to take action against Denmark, accusing officials there of facilitating the traditional annual hunt of pilot whales in the Faroe Islands.

And we're getting too many EU citizens travelling to Denmark for higher education (tax-paid by Danes), yet who do not stay in our country to use that education in the same country they took the education. As this means loss of high-skilled labor to other countries (we're especially short on specialist doctors these days), the government decided on this:

Get him some doctor-related toys, stat, then! I need some more eye doctors (cba to look that word up) around here. As long as he stays at least.....say, five years after finishing his education and gets a job here, I might even introduce one of my many nieces or grandnieces to him. One of them's even being raised in a Forn Sidr* family. Doesn't get more white than that, does it?
