I think they are going after Trump Jr for perjury actually. On top of something Kushner is just going to skate by with. I think Jr shut down his twitter and went dark. I think he will be ok though.

Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
That's all part of the routine, what you do is strip the White House of the outsider advisers and force the President to replace them with insider approved people, Trump is resisting this, so they're just going after any that they can, and as many as they can, just to limit his options. That's how it was with Clinton too, you just keep picking off the subordinates until the WH chooses the "correct" answer.
It's like; Flynn has to go, no, you can't have that guy neither, ah, General McMaster, there you go, that is the "correct" answer, you can keep him.
This inquisition, er I mean, "investigation" will persist for the entire Trump presidency, just to try to force compliance the whole way, right now they're just getting warmed up, "shaping the battlespace" as the Pentagon likes to say.

Well, I think they want all Trump family members out, Jr, the Kush, Ivanka, they all gotta go, because they're all inherently loyal to Trump, and none of them answer to anybody in Washington, so he has to be stripped of that defensive screen entirely, they want him completely isolated from his crew, whether they are officially staff or not, Jr is just an easy target, and he draws attention to himself, so he'll be one of the first to go. The Kush and Ivanka are a little more cautious, so they wont be quite as easy to take out, but they will go to.

Perjury isn't good enough to remove a Democrat appointee or elected official--not even when the lies are about important stuff.Nukedog wrote:I think they are going after Trump Jr for perjury actually. It's all part of the larger gridlocking and derailing campaign, they'll just take out whoever they can take out, and force the WH to spend all its time fighting this rear guard action, to try to prevent them from getting anything done, unless they do what the entrenched interests want them to do.Nukedog wrote:Implying they will touch Kushner. With Bill Clinton, he basically just threw up his hands and said "fine, let's just do what they want", enter; triangulation, came into office as a New Dealer style Democrat, after triangulation he was basically a Republican.

Re: THE ERA OF TRUMP
It's like when Americans on the Left say "we need another FDR and New Deal", bear in mind, FDR only got away with it, because the Depression was so bad, and the Establishment still fought him tooth and nail, there's no chance a Bernie Sanders or a Liz Warren or someone like that, could come into the contemporary paradigm and "Occupy Wall Street" or any shit like that, that's a fantasy, that would never fly, it would be the same thing we're seeing now with Trump, the entrenched interests would just run them down and force compliance, with the complicity of the MSM, if you do what the entrenched interests want, the MSM praises you and your numbers go up, if you don't, then you have an insurgency on your hands, the MSM smells the chum in the water, so they trash you as being a kook, and your numbers go down, they'll do it against the Left, they'll do it against the Right, either way, if you try to step outside the acceptable terms of reference, you get the inquisition.

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that public records obtained on the Election Assistance Commission’s 2016 Election Administration Voting Survey and through verbal accounts from various county agencies show 11 California counties have more registered voters than voting-age citizens: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).

More likely to be sloppy record-keeping than organized fraud. Should be fun to watch tho.The Conservative wrote:Ummm... whoops...
