I found a website that sells all this awesome meat. You can buy kangaroo, alpaca, camel (I think), bobcat, gator, deer, guinea pig, muskox etc. It is expensive, but I'm going to get my dad some meat for Christmas. You can buy a bunch of guinea pig testicles on there for like $20. I'm thinking about getting him that to see what he says. He will probably not try them.

I've cooked kangaroo before. The fillet makes a good steak.
I've used crocodile before as well.

Not sure you should eat bobcat though. Carnivorous mammals aren't usually on the menu.

It's a very dark red more like beef or venison than pork. Can be dry if overcooked as there is so little fat in it, venison is the same.

A decent game butcher will be able to get most things.
Ostrich is farmed here now but I've never used it.

I've had ostrich and emu. Tastes like turkey
