From the civil libertarian point of view, if the state deprives an individual of liberty, especially if this is a non-violent individual, shouldn’t the people and organizations involved in this act be identified and identifiable? If the goal of police abolitionists is to hold those in power accountable, shouldn’t the agents of the state be marked as such? And if they are taking away individuals who cannot give consent, shouldn’t the public know that the state is detaining the individual?

They think this is a good idea until it becomes Columbia, and people are just randomly getting shoved into cars never to be seen again. Bystanders are left wondering "Was that the cops? Was that FARC rebels? Were they just regular kidnappers? Was it military?" ... hey, no one knows! Just a bunch of people jumped out of a car, and POW! Dude is gone.

Lefties envision the machinations of the state cracking down on their enemies. They envision US soldiers and lefty-controlled police rounding up "bigots" and "white supremacists", and executing them for social justice. But they never consider that it may, in fact, be THEIR enemies rolling up on THEM, to stuff them into a car, never to be seen again.

It's a side effect of being cowardly, and not that bright.
They fantasize over how they can use the power of the state to punish their enemies - but it never occurs to them that their vindictive asses can be punished in exactly the same way.
