London Metropolitan Police Service budget is $4.54 billion for 32,000 officers.

So, if I calcualte correctly, Broward County spends about $250K per Sheriffs deputy, London Metro Police spends about $141K per officer.

More shitty news: A teacher described the shooter as being in body armor of some kind, with a helmet and face mask.

But consider the fact that the police did not engage the shooter during the rampage. The shooter dropped his weapon, ammo, and gear and tried to blend in with the fleeing students.

How did the police know to look for him in particular after the shooting when they apprehended him on the street?

Seems to me they knew exactly who did it as soon as they learned of the shooting because they were actively covering up all the police reports made out against him for sweet, sweet federal grant money and stats.
