How did we get to the point where tasers are used for anything but self-defense??
That's a potentially lethal weapon and it should never be used simply because somebody does not comply with your order.
Blasting somebody with a taser should be a crime no matter who you are.

I am fairly certain that it is illegal everywhere to use a weapon against somebody outside of self-defense.
