Thought I would shift this over here from "Shades of Grey"

I gave up on No Agenda... cause they have too much of an agenda.

What did you think of Moynihan going after the Milo Daily Caller dude so hard?

For myself, I thought the Milo Daily Caller dude deserved to get his dumb ass kicked, but not exactly the way Moynihan did it.

Just listened to most of it.

Great episode!

Love this show because the three main hosts are not in the same silo and they aren't in any cookie cutter silo... not even libertarian.
They duke it out with each other as much as they do with any guest.

Paedophiles come in homo and hetero...
Paedophiles that prey on teenagers are operating in a kind of grey zone when it comes to paedophilia...
But that is one fucking creepy grey zone.
If some creep hits on my teenage daughter on son... my job is to convince my daughter or son that he/she is a creep.
If they win over my teenage kid with charm (without force or being drugged)... I lose... and my teenager has to learn from their teenage mistakes.
Teenagers are out in the world and have more responsibility than children. Adults can't entirely protect them...
Jailing these kind of predators is less clear cut... it should happen on a case by case basis.

If it's a child... the creep should go to jail. Plain and simple.
Children can't navigate this territory and shouldn't have to.
This has nothing to do with homo or hetero sexuality and everything to do with adult-child-teen power imbalance.

I agree that there isn't a distinction worth a difference between homo and hetero child rapists. Rape in general, IMNSHO, is all about the power structure allowing for animal violence. Male/female/straight/gay/other . . . it's not about the matching or non matching parts, its about the power to impose violence against a victim's will. Which, with kids, is pretty much res ipsa locquitur.

As to the episode, I did get a kick out of Moynihan going the extra mile to bump the rubble of the Milo click-baitist. Moynihan really gets all hot and bothered when journos don't do things just the way he likes. The lead-in clip made me LOL.

I like all three of 'em.
Moynihan is the funniest for sure.
Camile takes some strong stands, which for the most part I give him credit for.

The show invites the thinking mind to participate... which very few media do these days.

And a show every week...

Tune in people!!

Just throwing down a link here for the episode I posted about over in the NN thread:

THE FIFTH COLUMN / GUEST: AJIT PAI (CHAIRMAN, FCC)

https://fifthcolumn.podbean.com/e/eps-82-draft/

FCC Chairman Ajit Pai drops in to explain why he's returning the Internet to the dark ages of... 2015.

PLUS:

Draymond vs. Mark Cuban
The AOL-Time Warner instant messaging juggernaut
Janet Jackson's wardrobe and Stephen Colbert's c***holster
Why won't the FCC just let Slim Shady be?

Reason will be the first site on the chopping block once the net becomes de-neutralized.

That would be hilarious, but most likely every major alt-right website will disappear or be generally unusable within a few months. It probably will happen overnight since these companies seem to collude with political censorship.

Trust me, the left or ISPs do not want that sort of backlash.

Anyone catch the last episode (84)

Camille interviews John Mcwhorter....

Very interesting take on the issue of race.
Both Camille and John are black and are taking down the view that "racism" explains the difficulties that exist in black communities at this time.

John wrote a book "Losing the Race" making this argument.
Sounds like a good read.

Refreshing stuff.

If I were in the business of trying to sort out problems in black or indigenous communities during this day and age, I would make sure to understand these arguments.

The fact that Blacks have coalesced into a “community” makes McWhorter’s dream impossible. I can’t see Blacks throwing off their in-group identity. What is their motivation? An end to affirmative action? Yeah, they ain’t doing that. Who would?
