In reality, the people voted out the Clintons.

Which apparently were the only one's corrupt in Washington DC?

But yes, the Clintons are out ...of the limelight. Still quite a power source in the DNC. Is there a debate in the DNC about just what went wrong?

Or, I get it: that discussion is silenced by the arguments that Putin stole their victory and that they won the popular vote.

Does Martin have insight on this?

Won the popular vote in an election that wasn't about the popular vote by two counties in a nation with hundreds of counties for grand total of less than one percent of the total vote. Meanwhile, Trump won more than 30 of 50 states.

Nah Clintons are out like lepors. They stole historic furniture from the WH on the way out and nobody actually likes those guys. I do wonder whatever else she thought she could steal that wasn't nailed down though.

Oh thanks Bernvictims for your electoral vote holocoaster. Won't be forgotten brah.

Most faithless electors in a hundred years.

There's this Democrat talking point that goes something like, "represented by common people," to which I say, "fuck common people, I want some Meta superstars running this shit."

p.s. If it turns out all the billionaires just want more money then I'm the chump.

Likely not all, but some can think "there's mutual interests".

With some Rex Tillerson, it might be good to look at how beneficial US policy will be to Exxon.

After all, there's a reason why some could say that Cheney didn't stop to be Halliburton's de facto CEO when he came to be the Vice President. Halliburton getting those contracts to build the bases in Iraq without any bidding process is a good example what serious corruption looks like.

Newt Gingrich says Trump is done with ‘drain the swamp’
[T]he president-elect is apparently over “drain the swamp.”

That's according to Newt Gingrich, a top ally who told NPR in an interview that aired Wednesday morning that he was instructed not to use the phrase anymore because it has fallen out of favor with Trump.

“I'm told he now just disclaims that,” Gingrich said on “Morning Edition.” “He now says it was cute, but he doesn't want to use it anymore.”
I was hoping he would at least put forward some new lobbying rules as indicated on his campaign website.

Silly campaign talk is over. And it doesn't mean a thing, anyway.
