Now Mike Pence press secretary tested positive:

There is a pretty good chance these dummies are going to catch it.

I want you geniuses to look at the data divided by national governments.

https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/
Sorted for both Cases/1M Pop and Deaths/1M Pop ... we don't even hit the top ten.

I see why people turn to highly erroneous predictive models to aid their irrational fears.
Predictive "science" when empirical evidence fails, I guess.

That doesn't help you understand what is going on. The United States is almost the size of all of Europe. The disease strikes in hot spots. The question is how well do national governments manage those hot spots.. And our government is failing big time.

Are you fucking kidding me with this weak shit?

I don't think that's any more true than suggesting that the shutdown is motivated by a communist plot to sit on your arse getting paid to do nothing.
If we can eliminate the ignorant extremes of this debate it will save a lot of time and be far more productive.
It ain't me suggesting it. It is Bernie Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez who are saying this is proof of why we need more socialism, and publicly stating how great it is that we have this opportunity for a New New Deal.

These aren't AM radio shock-jocks.
Again, mere extremists that it is probably safe to ignore.

Obviously, some degree of Government assistance is going to be necessary if we are to avoid public disorder, food riots and skyrocketing crime rates in a time of mass unemployment but labelling that as some sort of communist takeover is not helpful.
I'm not implying that you are doing that but you don't have to look very hard to find people who are.
Mere extremists in our current government, currently trying to advance their own agendas through stimulus packages with high levels of bi-partisan support. An advancement that is assisted by making sure people are as desperate and afraid as possible.

No, I am afraid it isn't merely extremists who are encouraging and then leveraging the collapse of people's entire life for their own advantage.
HAIL!

Her needs America so they won't just take his shit away like in some pussy non gun totting countries can happen.

It certainly isn't data you want intruding on your doom prophecies.
But a million people is a million people, regardless of nation size.

And.. it doesn't make any sense as an argument because there are only a few hot spots in the United States right now and including regions that are not hot spots in your data to measure the effectiveness of the government's response only serves to hide the gravity of their failure. Aside from that, sure. :naughty:

You are so fucking delusional right now. LMFAO

Seems more like every time you eat shit in this argument you start stammering "delusions" and a few other buzzwords, then engage in some straw-manning and goal post shifting.

But I'll let the readers decide, man.
Maybe they think you're really smart, and making great points at every turn.
Either way, I'm off for a run.

Enjoy.

I am saying you are delusional because you are delusional. You are like that fucking guy who thinks he has the perfect roulette system. True story. I remember this guy in the military who would play the roulette game on Windows. He thought he had the perfect system because for some reason he was lucky on the game, possibly because the game was not actually random (this was Windows 3.x when their random number generation was laughable too, so in hindsight I am pretty sure his strategy rested on a faulty number generating algorithm). I told him that just because it worked here does not mean it's going to work down in Jackpot. He wasn't hearing it.

Dude lost a month's pay.

When you cannot even entertain the possibility that your assumptions are wrong, then you are going to have a hard time.
