Some people are coming back clean with an option to enroll. Theory is that an auto enroll means you're at risk. Also, if you enroll you may lose an ability to participate in the inevitable class action lawsuit.

Not exactly Mexican. More like a Mexican when it suits him. He represents part of the Castizo class that is overwhelmingly of European extraction and has ruled Mexico/will continue to rule for as long as they can hold out. It's not that weird that they send their mestizos and indios here and expect us to take care of them. That must have been part of the deal somewhere in their minds, somewhere along the way.

It's an old game. You guys should send some of your storm refugees to New Mexico.
Northern cities do it too. They will literally round people up on the streets, buy them a meal a one-way train ticket to another city.
