We received an email from our Diversity and Inclusion committee yesterday (an actual work sponsored thing) about celebrating Indigenous People's Day. This comes on top of of recent bias awareness classes we were required to attend. Oh, and the required survey that asked things like "What is your religion?" and "Do you know if POC are making less money than non-POC for the same position at your work?".

It won't be long before people are being taken away for wrong think.

That's what I thought. They said the survey was anonymous, but that shouldn't change the legality of asking employees those kinds of questions.
