My family has gone to the one in the middle, and we have no issues with it.

You started making Swedish knäckebröd? That's hard core. Do you keep them hanging from the ceiling as well?

We have a hydroponic garden for year-round vegetables. We have flour (over 100 lbs) which we restock every 6 months, to make home made breads.

We make our own pasta, sauces; I'm looking to use part of a root clear to grow mushrooms.

I'm also looking for a farm area when I move so I can start getting into growing more crops. (take hydro/aeroponics to a 1/2 acre plot of land to grow food year-round. (also fish)

But as your pot shot, I'm.also learning how to dry/preserve meats properly as well.
