Ukraine has a very broad Overton window. There is room for everyone from radicals like Femen to neo Nazis in their politics.

Their civil society is also pretty distant from their corrupt government. The people are independent minded and normally shrugs at the political sphere unless they get tyrannical. Then they kick out the despot and get a new one.
