The US military is the frontlines of it, that's the only place the two cohorts ever meet.

The Crown is agnostic on the issue, the House of Windsor encompasses states which are jus soli and states which are jus sanguinis, Her Majesty defends the right in either case, I personally prefer Milton Friedman's Hong Kong, but I would not deny anyone an Israel of their very own, if they can keep it.
