Someone needs to run this motherf*cker.
I'm sure not about to turn it over to the chaotic misanthropy of the FaceBook crowd.

Did I ever mention that "Watchmen" is my favorite movie, and I show it every year. I also have all the Making-Of books.DBTrek wrote:Martin Hash wrote:StA is all about authority & force of arms. He thinks soldiers & policemen should run society.

Please document that statement. Also, in my experience, entry pay for police is deceptively low and not a benchmark for comparisons to any other industry. You must use median, or at least 5 year.Speaker to Animals wrote: Negative. The pay for cops is commensurate with somebody who has an associates degree and takes some risks on the job. About 50k outside the cities (at most) for entry level.

All the shootings like we've had recently likely would not have happened with better training. The LEO Acadamies are creating most of this shit, and I'm here to tell you we are only seeing the early stages of this.
Fix the training and you fix the problem, that simple.
I would add that cops need to quit whining about not knowing if they are coming home at night. To brewsters point. These cops chose this job..... What n the hell happened to PROTECT AND SERVE
It's not a left or right thing. One of the primary responsibilities of the Government is security of citizens.jbird4049 wrote:
