Of course he was mugging for the lawsuit, he knew the phone cams were on him, he knew exactly what he was doing, this is America we're talking about, it's lawsuit nation, and he's milking it right now, don't talk to me about his patients, he was fine with missing the flight for $1400, he was just turning down $800, that's what this was about, they offered $800, he said no, he wanted $1400 or he ain't budging, they called the cops, so he thinks "if they touch me I'll sue" and as soon as they touch him he starts hamming it up for the camera, squealing like a little girl and then making them drag him as if he was shot, now he's claiming a laundry list of bogus injuries "ZOMG a concussion". What the ambulance chaser actually said was that he "may" need surgery, which is lawyerese for; he doesn't, but they're trying to milk United for a payout without having to go to court.

The passenger incited it, by forcing the police to drag his ass out of the seat, won't be able to get him out of there, in that tight space, without yanking his ass out of there, and if he got roughed up in the process, oh well, too bad so sad, if you don't want to go quietly, that's up to you, but don't come crying to me if you get roughed up in the process, if they pound the living shit out of you with a riot baton, totally unrelated to forcing you to move, I might say that was disproportionate, but proportional means the appropriate amount of force to get the job done, it doesn't guaruntee you that you're not going to lose any chicklets going from a to b, and nobody ever said it did.

Doesn't have anything to do with the Mounties, but I've worked as a Bouncer, so I'm not that sympathetic to people crying cause they got bounced, it's private property, the owner says you have to leave, so just move along, if you don't move along, you're getting bounced, if we take you out and curb stomp you, OK, then you would have a case, but if you gotta little roughed up in the process of going from a to b becuase you wanted to be a wise guy, oh well, shit happens, should have moved along when we told you to, jackwagon.

Has nothing to do with the public, that airplane is not public, it's private property, if you want to invoke a public airplane, you can fly with the Air Force, but make no mistake, they wouldn't put up with your nonsense, if it was actually a public airplane, you'd really have to do as you were told, no ifs ands or buts.
