Thing is, because they can park their dollars in safe harbours, America, Britain, Canada, Australia, this acts as a safety valve, this is what I mean by propping them up, they don't have to confront the crisis of Communism, because we give them someplace to flee to while the centrally planned crises sort themselves out, buys them time and space, if the Chinese were locked into their own little world, nothing but RMB and Chinese banks, that would be the very thing, which would incite the panic, which would bring the whole house of cards down, King Dollah bails Beijing out, by providing quality to flee to, if they couldn't flee to the Anglo-Saxon Parking Lot, China would implode upon itself.

When they bail their banks out, they ain't really doing that with RMB, without King Dollah, RMB is worthless, it's not Beijing bailing those banks out, those banks have to be bailed out, by the King.
