I mean, I mostly agree with them. The urban, poor blacks are among the least educated, least adjusted, least civilized people groups in the country. Compare the current state of the Black man to the pre-1960s Black man, and you'll notice the pre-1960s black family is similar in nature and ability as a white family, even with segregation in place. It's almost like if you encourage people to have a family and take care of that family, society tends to be more productive and positive trending.
