Then he'll save Barrett for replacing Ginsburg.

Re: Trump's SCOTUS
In case you were wondering why "drain the swamp" was such a popular theme during the election last time:
Confirmation battle or multi-generational soap opera? Turns out that Kavanaugh’s mother was the judge in his attempted-rape accuser’s parents’ home-foreclosure case
Kavanaugh and his little clique of weirdo family, friends, associates, and Heathers-enemies are the dictionary definition of swamp dwellers, yet that is who Trump has foisted upon us. Why?
Here's to hoping that this appointment disintegrates in prep-school country club intrigue.
How about an appointee who wasn't educated at Yale or Harvard and maybe, just maybe, has had some kind of life outside of sucking on Unca Sugar's teats all his or her life?

Trump was elected on the promise of draining the swamp. There's nothing tricky or hard to understand about that slogan.Indeed, the entire cast of characters in Ford’s up-to-the-wire emergence from the shadows of Dianne Feinstein’s secret anti-Kavanaugh files seems to hail from upscale Montgomery County in what is turning out to be a complex edge-of-the-seat multi-generational saga. Move over, The O.C.!
Indeed, just as The O.C. involved hard-partying high-school students and their well-off but dysfunctional parents, so seems the tale of Kavanaugh, Ford, and Kavanaugh’s prep-school pal, Washington-area writer Mark Judge.

I hope this leads to every little possible misdeed back in High School or College from every single swamp dwelling politician, judge, professional activist, Hollywood elite, and every other holier than thou public figure going public. Burn it down. I am done with all the political games and bullshit. I am tired of the phony outrage. Red, blue, liberal, conservative I don't care anymore. Burn it down. The system is not working anymore. The corrupt have dug in too deep and been in too long to try and fix things with small, incremental changes. It needs to go into full overhaul.

I think it's almost certainly a rape hoax, but I also think he should withdraw the nomination and start over. Then when they do it again, he can go on television and explain what total garbage the democrats really are after vindicating this guy and defending the next guy/woman from whatever other bullshit hoax the democrats make up.
The lying has to be exposed and every American needs to realize that the democratic party is a fucking dumpster fire.

Fuck Yes it's a Hoax, I don't even particularly like Kavanugh. I think he's a bad pick and a Deep State Tool.
But they are attempting to railroad the guy. Kavanaugh told Sen. Hatch he wasn't even at the party in question.

How can he say he wasnt there when we dont even have a time and place from the accuser? Hoax or not the timing of this was a total political op. They all knew about this when he was on the short list, they could've torpedoed it then but didn't they waited just like they did with Roy Moore. To make an election issue of it. Under these circumstances no one including Amy Barrett is getting out unscathed. The Senate might be in play the vote has to happen before midterms and a withdrawal and another nomination cannot be completed in time.C-Mag wrote: ↑Mon Sep 17, 2018 1:15 pmSpeaker to Animals wrote: ↑Mon Sep 17, 2018 1:09 pmI think it's almost certainly a rape hoax, but I also think he should withdraw the nomination and start over. How do you disprove this? You of all people really need to rethink this. This is a hail mary pass, by withdrawing you are letting them win. Every future nomination of a male will be bogged down in this shit.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Mon Sep 17, 2018 1:09 pmI think it's almost certainly a rape hoax, but I also think he should withdraw the nomination and start over. I am just thinking strategically. It's almost certainly bullshit and cannot be disproved. Witnesses can put him elsewhere and these people will just claim the witnesses are lying.clubgop wrote: ↑Mon Sep 17, 2018 8:57 pmHow do you disprove this? All I am saying is that Trump can withdraw him and submit a new appointment. Then democrats will have to invent more hoaxes, but they will burn themselves out before the midterms.
I still would want to vindicated this man no matter what because of how utterly contemptible this hoax really is.

Re: Trump's SCOTUS
There's no way he should withdraw. I can only speculate that because he's going to support Roe, you want a new bite off the apple.
