LMAO That's a good story. I've got a pool buddy exactly like that - friends since high school. He's a complete asshole, but very funny.
Why was there a US flag in your pool hall? That seems out of place...

My side still aches a bit. If I could get Mike into politics he would be great on here. I have been talking about it a lot and he like the idea of taking the piss out of total strangers so you never know. I'll tell him I posted this and he'll have to have a look......
Glad you liked the story, time I had posted it there was nobody on here but me and the bots
:hmph:
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

I'm always around, man. Just reading and "hmph"ing. I think I may have an addiction to shit-talking..Montegriffo wrote:Because pool is an American game so they have been making it look all Yankie.GrumpyCatFace wrote:LMAO That's a good story. Re: DCF Refugee Internment Camp
First song that was on was Kenny Rogers so Mike turned to me and said
"We got both kinds of music here, country and western."
Every 4th song was a bloody cheesy xmas song.
Best day out in months though, laughed like I was on magic mushrooms.
Mike is good with remembering films so he says stuff like "You could suck a golf ball up a hose pipe"
and loads of Tarantino one liners. "Better to have a gun and not need it than need a gun and not have it."
He's also the guy who helps me build the Trebuchets.

Except for the trebuchet thing, we know the same guy. Everybody needs a 'Mike' in their life.

Especially if you need one of the countries best chippies (carpenter) to knock you up some double bi-fold doors on the back of your truck.

That's also the biggest insult I can give to Mike. He is a top class cabinet maker who makes £100,000 bespoke kitchens for people with far too much money.Penner wrote:Montegriffo wrote:Especially if you need one of the countries best chippies (carpenter) to knock you up some double bi-fold doors on the back of your truck.

The Outlaw Country station would be perfect for a bar like that. A perfect day for me is to smoke myself out and listen to Waylon and Willie

Hell yeah, dude. Sadly, nobody listens to it even here in America. It's all corporate garbage now - except for this American Hero:AndrewBennett wrote:Do you guys have Sirius XM there?Montegriffo wrote:First song that was on was Kenny Rogers so Mike turned to me and said
