Even the simplist IR algorithms wouldn't result in such poor precision. It's totally deliberate, and the MSM is trying to pass this off as a coincidence, knowing most people have no idea how an IR system works.

In the simplest design, you have an inverted index of your document corpus. There is no fucking way the article shouldn't be at the top of the search results when you use the exact title of the article as a search query.

Tbf when I'm logged in I could type "fuzzy kittens" and get a host of David Duke and Tucker Carlson hits. What I find kind of odd is that I hardly watch Tucker videos but hes being recommended to me alongside Adolf Hitler music videos.

Those are filler results that get added in based on your viewing history. Those unrelated videos are not really part of the actual results returned by the IR algorithm.

YouTube is both a recommender system and an information retrieval system.

When I search for shit, my filler videos are cute animal and naked yoga videos. What can I say?

I'm just concerned that Tucker has been exposed as a White Nationalist by the algorithm. We need to protect Tucker. He is our greatest White Nationalist.

I think there is more of a pro-establishment bias that filters out less trustworthy results...
Yet CNN is at the top of the list.

Only 11 of the 235 reported school shootings in 2015-2016 could actually be confirmed. I wonder how many of those were suicides.

"less-trustworthy" meaning videos like mark dice or sargon of akkad or stefan molyneux or whatever, "independent" would have been a better word to use instead of trustworthy

Based on my own personal Youtube experience, Fox News does come up in results and recommended but not nearly as much as CNN or ABC. That being said they appear pretty prominently in the image STA posted: http://www.informationliberation.com/fi ... thm-t1.jpg

I listened to Coffee with Scott Adams today too, I think Youtube is biased against Fox but they will feature them before Sargon or Stefan, which is why I think it's an establishment bias as well as a political bias, maybe moreso.

A lot of independent news/opinion media are pulling in millions of subscribers and views, many more than Fox News is on Youtube, it's no accident that they are marginalized to the 3rd or 4th page behind mainstream outlets

I can't state it any more plainly than this:

As a person with some knowledge in information retrieval systems, there exists no legitimate reason why that search result shown in the image could happen without deliberate tampering of the search results. The query contained too many keywords possessing a good amount of rank frequency.

There is no way that video should have been buried underneath all of those other search results unless it was deliberately deranked.
