What's kept me on the fence about the Clintons killing all these folks is the mechanics of it all over 30 years. let's assume for a while that the Clintons are ordering the death of 100-300 people.

Historically, it's pretty minor for an important family of The global superpower, yet for our times, seems impossible. Given that they are ordering all these people killed. Who's doing the killing?

That's the big question. If you believe this is happening, you have to believe they have a cabal of murderers working for them that never get caught.
