Its teeny bopper shit. And they love it. The Disney channel will be fine or at least the productions will be. A Disney streaming service with ABC shows, newly acquired fox shows and movies, star wars, and Marvel, with Disney channel stuff as filler. Would put a serious hurting on Netflix.Zlaxer wrote:clubgop wrote:No you are the one saying streaming won't work cause DVD's exist. I don't think so.....the people who enjoy that kind of shit are not the same as those who have moved to Netflix and other such services....

Even better they will be serving a market no one else has served. But I disagree with you all the same. One could burn 90% of Netflix library but they don't.Zlaxer wrote:clubgop wrote:Its teeny bopper shit. And they love it. The Disney channel will be fine or at least the productions will be. We've been steering them into some better stuff on Netflix.Zlaxer wrote:GrumpyCatFace wrote:It's unbelievably bad. And our 10yo loves it.clubgop wrote:

Shaun the Sheep, nature docs, all kinds of learning w/construction equipment shows, lots of educational stuff. That will always be around, regardless of what Disney does. I have no intention of paying for a second streaming service.

Paying? Me thinks you do not understand what Plex is......With Plex, you are Netflix......I think it's like a one time $5 fee to add a player/mobile device...well worth it.....Buy a home NAS for like $300 and put Plex Server on it....use Handbrake to burn DvDs to server....GrumpyCatFace wrote:We've been steering them into some better stuff on Netflix.Zlaxer wrote:GrumpyCatFace wrote:

NAS can also store tx documents, family photos...etc... well worth the $300...
