Wishful thinking. These are human societies we are talking about here, better to deal with problems that can never be eliminated accordingly and work to reduce them as much as is optimal, not pretend a utopia can be achieved. You are more likely to eliminate the aristocracy altogether than unrig the game once and for all, neither of which are possible, don't be naive. You can reduce the rigging to some degree, but never eliminate entirely.
You have to improve your ability to filter your idealism through a better sense of realpolitik, or you'll never get the results you are looking for. Asking for the impossible, is a waste of time and resources, reality has certain perimeters that can't be ignored, best to color within those lines when coming up with policy proposals. Gotta be pragmatic, if the theory doesn't work so well in practice, adapt accordingly.
