If we are talking about creating something from scratch specifically for 'whites,' and not a negotiation with the pre-existing colony of another nation that wants to maintain home rule, the Reich seems like a much closer analogy, frankly. I am open to a counter argument that 'Quebec is infinitely more likely,' but the mere existence of Quebec does not, that argument, make.

Break up of the Soviet Union. Break up of the Austria-Hungarian empire. The creation of Israel. These are all closer analogies to what we would be doing, than simply maintaining autonomy for an existing colony within our borders, and none of them went great. The USSR break up was probably the easiest, and look where we are now with that. Ass-aches, every one.

Y'all are determined to imagine a racist dystopia, and refuse to look to the many real world examples where a Ethno State isn't the dystopia that you imagine in your head.
