I remember when liberals thought the Republican Party was dead during the Obama years. I'm not a fan of the left atm, but I don't think its dying. A lot of ideologies remain dormant in American politics for many years, and then resurface. There's a lot of wishful thinking in this thread imo. I think political parties, ideas, etc are cyclical.
