Agree. But the "immigration debate" usually mashes together H1B and people walking across the desert to flip burgers and dig holes.

Well some things would do well to not have a spotlight shine on them. I keep thinking of his campaign speech in which he promised to "take those slings and arrows." He's doing pretty good at that. Tried finding it on YouTube the other month and it doesn't come up.

The dems are calling him a nincompoop now--and trying to get him out of office that way. After all, you'd have to be insane to keep tweeting all this stuff that gets so many people so upset! He couldn't possibly do it on purpose. You can't go publicly talking about the morning ditz's face-lift--that's "oopsy" live mic and cucumber sandwiches talk! Who the Hell does this guy think he is? This is all so predictable . . .

Trump tweets. Trump controls the news cycle. Meanwhile, no negative press covfefe for the immigration bills passed by the House yesterday, which otherwise the MSM would have reeeeeeeeee'ed over. These bills are obviously a big deal for Trump. If they pass the Senate, they'd be his biggest legislative victories thus far (and another thing he could portray as a win and a campaign promise kept).

And as the bill moves to the Senate, Trump tweets about Scarborough again this morning, further prolonging the reeeeeee'ing about facelift-gate, which continues to suck up all the oxygen in the room.

Child's play.

Yeah, this does seem like his MO. Tweet outrages stuff (real or not) to get the media's attention distracted while having the Congress pass something and/or distract from his own scandals (like the Russia thing). BUT, it's still is a big deal that he is this low. But again, it's unusual and now I am not shocked but just disappointed.
