I don't have an opinion about AJ or the custody one way or another. I just thought it was funny seeing you posting screenshots on the number of comments your thread got while simultaneously acting like being here is beneath you even though you used to post on DCF more than anybody. You remind me of those people who make a facebook status every week that they are going to delete facebook and get off social media. And then don't. lol

Surely even you would agree that some parents exist that no longer deserve or have any right to see their parent, of either gender, again? It may not apply to Jones, dunno his familial situation, but the notion that all fathers are somehow naturally entitled to contact with their kids regardless of the parent's past behavior.... you wouldn't defend that, right?Speaker to Animals wrote:.
It's not funny that children's families get broken up. Alex Jones himself is funny. Stick with that. Let's not take pleasure in children being alienated from their parents for money,
Fame is not flattery. Respect is not agreement.

Sure. Like the kinds of broken women who alienate their children from the father to get a monthly check for their lifestyle.

Well, we humble entertainers live for nothing, if not to please the crowd:heydaralon wrote:I don't have an opinion about AJ or the custody one way or another. I'm not saying I can drive more engagement in a thread in under 24 hours than ND can in four months . . . but . . .
I came here to talk about Alex Jones' amazing claim that he's been playing a role all these years. Read the OP. That's all I was after.
But if the ostracized ruffians want to bite their thumb at me, well, Benvolio, "What . . . drawn, and talk of peace?"

Am I missing something? Wasn't the gist of DB's post to make fun of Jones, who made his career telling the "truth" and sticking it to the man, who is now basically folding when he actually has to face repercussions for his words? I didn't see him mocking him or anybody else for losing their children...
Also, Jones listeners, many millions of them, absolutely, undeniably and without a doubt believe his every word. I have seen this for myself. I know and have seen an Alex Jones listener make and drink his own silver colloidal.
I'm sure he's got some pill to sell that'll help you open pickle jars.
Charlatans gonna charlate.

BTW, was that one Alex Jones guy on the DCF a sockpuppet? The one that predicted the end of the world? Was it you DB?

If you couldn't tell that there was a considerable performance artist element to what Alex Jones does then you simply aren't very observant.

I don't believe DB is genuinely surprised, I think he's feigning surprise for comedic effect, just as he is feigning surprise that the GOP didn't immediately repeal Obamacare on Day 1. DB is not actually that naive, he just pretends to be when that angle will yield the most lulz.

DBTrek seems like a guy that gives zero fucks.

Anyone in media uses an element of performance art... but that doesn't mean that isn't who they really are.StCapps wrote:If you couldn't tell that there was a considerable performance artist element to what Alex Jones does then you simply aren't very observant.

In all fairness to Jones, when I am in my cups I believe in inter-dimensional aliens pretty hard, and can get kind of yell-y about it.
