Didn't Trump say something similar without being so "elequint"?

So we got a sailor wannabe wanting to go into the senate? People here told me that the average American no longer should serve because they'd fuck things up worse because they don't have the ability to understand the neuances, etc of Washington.

What makes Kid Rock any more qualified? He has a fan base that's in some cases even less educated than the Trump voter base. (Or at least people claim they are uneducated fools)

So tell me again? How is he qualified to run?

Also, isn't there something about never been in judicial dispute as being a requirement for Senate. Kid Rock as far as I know fails on that criteria alone.
